WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

When your order is placed on any of our basic three stand sets it is about 8 to 10 business days to ship out and depending on the size/quantity of your order. Package deals 1 or 2 ships out time within 15 to 18 business days does not include weekends or holidays, we do not ship Package Deals overseas or anywhere else outside of the lower 48 states of the United States. Conley Paint Stand we can not rush orders cause our stands are handmade to order.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING TO LOWER 48 STATES OF THE USA

All products are shipped UPS Ground to your confirmed address. If you have an apartment or suite please add that number to your shipping information. If packages are returned to us the customer is responsible for all shipping charges. UPS Ground Shipping can take 3 to 7 business days depending on where you live in the 48 states of the United States. EMAIL FOR A SHIPPING QUOTE If you live in Alaska or Hawaii or outside of the 48 states of the United States. If you place an order outside of the USA we will email you and let you know what the extra shipping cost will be and if we do not hear from you in three business days we will refund you your money minus a 5% surcharge. All International, Canada, Hawaii orders will ship via USPS Priority Mail. You must email us for a shipping quote before you order. If you do not want the item we will refund your money after payment clears through PayPal.

You DO NOT have to register; simply select the “Pay with a debit or credit card” button.Cancelling your order there is a 5% fee after 24 hours of placing your order.

All ordering must be placed online. We do not take phone orders.

RETURN POLICY

Refunds and returns on any of Conley Products that are sold on our website. Items cannot be used in any way, be modified or have missing parts. Items must be shipped back in original packaging. Items will be inspected before refund is made. Items must be shipped back within 5 business days. There is a 25% restocking fee on all returned items. Shipping is not refunded in any direction. If an item is shipped back to us as undelivered or refused, you must send us a tracking number return shipping charges will be deducted from refund.
